About
Ronono means milk in Malagasy. Built by Vayu Consulting, it replaces paper notebooks and spreadsheets with a calm system for buying, testing, paying for and processing smallholder milk.

ro·no·no
/ruˈnunu/ · Malagasy, noun
Milk.
Each morning, a collection centre meets dozens of smallholder farmers, buys their milk, tests it and writes it down. Ronono makes that routine legible, so the centre can pay on schedule without lost notes.
The centre then sells to resellers, or turns the surplus into cheese and yoghurt. Ronono follows that flow with simple records for volumes, quality, payments and products, and keeps the daily work concrete.
The logo fills a capital R with a pour of milk; the icon frames a drop with zebu horns. Ronono was built with the help of a local AI model running on our own hardware, which also wrote much of this site and made its photographs.
01
Calm and concrete
We describe what the centre does each morning: buying, testing, paying and processing milk, without decorative claims.
02
Smallholders first
Ronono is built around the farmers who bring milk every day and need reliable records, schedules and timely pay.
03
Local by design
Ariary, French, mobile money, offline reception, and an AI model that runs on our own hardware.
04
Useful, not loud
The interface stays quiet and practical, so the team trusts the records it keeps.
The marks
The logo fills a capital R with a pour of milk, with one drop and an orange accent. The icon frames a milk drop with the horns of a zebu, the cattle of the Malagasy highlands.
