Ronono follows the milk from the reception desk to the books: collection, farmer pay, reseller sales, finance, forecasts and the cheese made from the surplus.
01Reception
The reception desk records the litres of each farmer and runs the quality tests you configure. Ronono assigns the grade, tracks the stock and the losses, and keeps working offline on a shared device.

02Farmer pay
Set prices per farmer and per grade, with effective dates. Each farmer has a schedule, from daily to monthly, and the payout engine prepares every settlement.

03Sales
Sell to resellers on delivery, at net days, weekly or monthly. Credit limits can block a delivery, standing weekly demand plans the day, and the aging shows who owes what.

Expenses by category feed a dashboard of cash flow, debt, EBITDA, and the money owed and due. Reports and a full audit trail sit behind every number.

05Forecast
Ronono forecasts the milk volume from the weather and from factors like feed and fuel prices, holidays and disease alerts. An AI model explains the forecast, and only aggregated numbers leave the centre.

06Transformation
Plan the surplus of each tank into cheese, yoghurt, butter or ghee. Recipes stay behind aliases, each step has a timer and an alarm, and every batch is recorded.
