Ronono AI

Ronono reads the centre’s own intake, sales and weather data, and turns them into answers, forecasts and early warnings in plain French or English.

The rule we built on

A language model is good at understanding a question and phrasing an answer, and bad at arithmetic. So Ronono never lets it compute. It chooses a safe, read-only query; the database returns the figures; and an answer that states a number not found in the data is thrown away.

  1. 01

    Understand

The model reads the question and picks one approved query, with its arguments.

  2. 02

    Count

Ronono runs that query on your records, with the asker’s permissions.

  3. 03

    Check

The answer is phrased, then every number in it is checked against the data.

01Ask Ronono

Deliveries and quality per farmer, balances, top farmers, sales, expenses, stock, upcoming payouts, tomorrow’s forecast and today’s surplus: ask the way you would ask a colleague, in French or English.

“Combien de lait avons-nous en stock ?”

02Forecast

Your own history, the 16-day weather forecast, the heat stress of the herd, feed and fuel prices, holidays and disease alerts. The model is checked on the last 14 days before it is shown, then explained in a sentence.

Expect about 6 % less milk Thursday: hot afternoons, high heat stress.

03Quality checks

Each delivery is compared with the same farmer’s own last 30 days. A can that suddenly looks thinner, a farmer whose volumes fall, or one who stops coming, is flagged for the manager.

Flagged: density and fat both well below this farmer’s usual.

04Surplus planner

Ronono works out what will not be sold today and what would overflow the tanks tomorrow, then recommends what to make: cheese, yoghurt, butter or ghee. The AI explains the plan in plain words.

Turn 180 L of Grade B into fresh cheese today; the tank fills tomorrow.

05Process review

The best batches become the golden reference. Ronono compares recipe versions, spots low yields, failed batches and steps run outside their targets, and the AI narrates what to look at first.

Version 3 yields 4 % more than version 2 over 12 batches.

06Recipe designer

For the administrator only: the AI drafts a new product or an improved version from the centre’s real ingredients, and safety rules check it. Formulas stay hidden from the team.

Draft: a drinking yoghurt using the cultures already in stock.

07For the team

Every production step gets an AI illustration and is translated automatically, and each quality test comes with a guide: what it measures, how to run it, its usual range and its pitfalls.

Guide: how to read a lactodensimeter, and what a low reading means.

08Alerts

Repeated corrections on one farmer, purchases to make before a batch, ingredients to use before they expire: Ronono finds the pattern with fixed rules, and the AI explains it.

5 corrections on the same farmer’s deliveries this week, by one user.

Ronono runs on an open model hosted by Vayu Consulting, not on a foreign cloud service.
A centre can point Ronono at its own AI server instead, and keep every question in-house.
Recipes and ingredient names never go into a prompt that staff can trigger.
AI calls are counted per month: 300 on Starter, 2 000 on Pro.

Every plan includes AI calls each month, and the 30-day trial includes every feature.
