Ronono now runs on Windows, macOS and Android, with offline reception intake, a personal PIN for each clerk and the same data everywhere.
Ronono now has a desktop app for Windows and macOS, and an Android app. Both open the same hosted Ronono, so records, farmer details and collection entries stay in step across every device the centre uses.
The reception desk keeps going offline
When the connection drops, the reception desk keeps working. Clerks record intakes on the device, and the entries are sent as soon as the connection returns. The morning queue of farmers does not have to wait for the network.
One shared screen, one PIN per clerk
Shared reception devices use a personal PIN for each clerk. Everyone signs in with their own code, so it stays clear who recorded which intake, even on one shared screen.
The browser version keeps working as before. Each team picks the device that fits its routine, with the same account and the same data.
